Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny, born February 3, 1950) is an American actress from America. She achieved prominence during the late 1970s and into the 1980s when she played roles in several television series where she typically presented a glamourous image. Fairchild began her career in the CBS morning soap Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace from 1973 to 1977. Fairchild began her career as Jennifer Pace in CBS's morning soap search for tomorrow. She played Jenna Wade for the first time in 1978. Following that she was offered the lead part on NBC's Flamingo Road. (For this series she received a Golden Globe Award nominated Best Actress - Television Series - Drama. In 1984 she costarred in ABC's short-lived premiertime soap Paper Dolls. Between 1985 until 1986, Fairchild was the lawyer Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild has also performed in theatre and appeared as a guest in television comedies including Murphy Brown (for which she was nominated for an Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest actor in the field of Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill and Friends.
