Dolly-Parton

Dolly Parton, born Jan. 19, 1946 in Locust Ridge Tenn. to a family of 12 poor kids who would grow with them eventually. She learned early on how to conquer of the difficulties she faced with her incredibly vibrant imagination. Prior to learning how to write or read, she composed her own songs. After getting her first guitar at age of eight, she started performing on radio stations in Knoxville in Tennessee. Gold Band Records is a small label that is independent. While she was an established local celebrity while at High School, she knew her dreams were greater. On the 14th of March, 1964, following her graduation from high-school the singer moved to Nashville. Dumb Blonde (1967) and Something Fishy (1968) were her first two charting albums from Monument Records. The syndicated television show of Porter Wagoner required the services of a new singer by the time. Parton took the job in the year 1966. She was signed to RCA Records in 1968, and then the Grand Ole Opry was founded in the year 1969. She left Wagoner's show, however, in 1974 because her albums on her own like Joshua Coat Of Many Colors and Jolene outsold their collaborations. Parton recorded "I I Will Never Forget You" for Wagoner just after the pair split. The song was ranked No. The first time it reached No. 1 was 1974.
