Paula Patton (born in 1960) is an American actor. She also has produced films, including Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. She was born into the middle class family living in Los Angeles and had big dreams for her future. Her mom was a film buff and encouraged a love of films in the young girl and also. Paula was involved in her school's co-curricular activities and especially captivated by drama. She loved performing in stage productions together with her fellow students. After starring in numerous shows at her high school, Hamilton Magnet Arts High School She decided to pursue acting her profession. She was a student at the University of Southern California for an intensive summer program and was enthralled by it. The program was a PBS project for three months to shoot documentary films. Once she had completed the task well, she was able to begin working as an assistant for TV documentary production. Her next step was to start producing documentaries. But she still had a desire to become an actress, although she was content with her current work. She started her career in acting by playing Will Smith's co-star on love story Hitch. In the years since, she has been in a variety of film and TV series.
